If you search "How to make money" on google you'll get videos about people talking about how to get $10,000 from passive income, how to earn money while you sleep Or you'll see articles about taking online surveys, reviewing apps, matched betting etc. These may be credible ways of getting money online however you must first understand the underlying concepts of about money that will make it simpler to understand how money is earned.

First of all you don't make money, you earn it, the only place where you make money is at the mint. Simply put money is only given to you when you provide a service to a customer in exchange of money. The more value you can provide to the customer the more money you will earn in return

This flips the question from how can I earn money to how can I start providing a service to someone who needs it, Pretty simple right?

There are a multitude of skills the are in demand online for example: Data analysis, copy writing, programming & Web-design, software development and I even saw a person on a Reddit forum claiming that they earn money from making power points for their clients. There are endless opportunities for you earn money online, all boils down to what skills do you have that you can monetize.

Before you choose which skill you want to develop you must ask yourself "why am I learning this skill?", "is something that I enjoy doing that I wouldn't mind practicing for a couple of hours a day?" Because when you decide which skill you want to develop you have to commit to learning it consistently. Too many people decide on a skill they want to learn and over time they give up learning it because it got too hard for them or they weren't motivated enough to continue however if you choose a skill that you're truly passionate about then it will be much easier to stick to your schedule and there's the added advantage of you being naturally interested in learning the skill.

Keep in mind that the basis for choosing a skill shouldn't be on how much money you can earn because any skill you learn in regards to working online can be monetizable once you become proficient in it, so its wise to choose what you enjoy doing and become good at it than learning a skill and abandoning it after figuring out that its not meant for you.
